As we get older, are we doing our bodies any favors with out fitness routine? Surprisingly, many women are getting it wrong. What may have worked for us 20 years ago doesn’t cut it today.

On today’s show, I’m chatting with Nicole Sanders and Rene Syler of Ladimax Lifestyle. These ladies break it all down for us!
