I’m a firm believer that menopause should be a) less taboo, b) talked about not as a ‘disease’ but as a rite of passage, and c) nothing to fear. But it’s human nature to have some level of fear of the unknown. So let’s talk about menopause, shall we?

Continuing the Menopause series, today’s guest is Rachel Lankester, founder of Magnificent Midlife. Rachel has some strong opinions about menopause and, like myself, she’s passionate about making it less taboo.  Join the conversation as we talk about our menopause mindset, accepting menopause, vaginal dryness and more. It’s time to get rid of the fear and talk . . . or, in this case, you should definitely be listening.
